1. How long does shipping usually take?
Our Standard shipping takes 4-5 business days to deliver the product to your doorstep.

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
Customers can choose to pay either with Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer. Details regarding Bank Transfer are provided at the checkout page once they choose that option. Customers are required to send a screenshot of the Reference ID on our Official Whatsapp number once they have transferred the amount.

4. How do I determine my ring size?

5. What if my jewelry arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

6. Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while swimming?
We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or engaging in any activities that may expose it to water or harsh chemicals to prevent damage and discoloration.
